Yeah i'm still grumpy too mate. There are quite a few 'perfomance' cars on my street, and i'm honestly the only one who drives below 50km. I'm trying to show respect as there are a lot of children around, and in the end i get yelled at. Nice one.

Two things you can do that will really piss her off without doing any damage or harm: Dump tyres, preferably still on rims in her front yard late at night. It will cost her $5 per tyre to dump them anywhere. Or if you can get hold of a supply of stuffed white goods like dryers and bar fridges they are even better because they can't be disposed of easily. Don't dump either too frequently but do keep gdoing it for a reasonable period of time. Other option is sticky or greasy crap in her letter box.

i've copped it anti lagging and letting the screamer pipe go off on full boost in an elderly neighbourhood, maybe its ppl like me that is the reason for all their anger?
everyone is trying to be an angel, but most speed every now and then (even though their excuse is that it's non residential) and their cars have after market loud zorsts, so why the surprise? welcome to the stigma attached to sports cars.. that we all created. the point is, even tho there's some sort of good moral sense of driving etiquette by not hammering it on local roads, Joe Blow Citizen doesn't exactly care where it is. they just remember u as the hoon who was going fast 'that day' with a loud car, be it in an industrial area or country roads. on the next cruise, everyone will applaud the person with the loudest anti lag and who can drive and corner the fastest around non suburban roads... heh

yea, shit happens. if you drive a car with an exhaust louder than a stock car then you're automatically classed as a hoon or a gangster or any dodgy ppo.

You know what I reckon?
Fuck em. If they think your doing 50km/h over the speed limit when your actually doing 50km/h, then they can shove it up their arse. What are they going to do, report you? Someone who is so blatantly wrong in judging speed is probably not going to be able to give a good description of your car, or even describe what you were doing wrong in a police report. Just flip the bird, or yell abuse back at them. This normally makes me feel better when someone abuses me for being a "hoon", when I'm clearly not doing anything wrong |
