Well its that time of the decade... Holiday time!!!, so wheres your favourite places to go for a week or two, preferably out of WA, and what kind of things do you get up to.

Im going in 4 weeks for a 9 day stay at the Sea World Nara resort full package through Quantas including two days entry to Seaworld, Dreamworld, Movie world and Wet an Wild should be a Blast Reckon this is prob one of the best holidays i will ever have will let you know in 5 weeks time

Just got back from Asia with the mrs. 15 nights all up - 5 nights in singapore, 5 phuket, 5 in KL. Never had such a good time. So cheap and so much to do.

Singapore - Shopping/tourist sightseeing stuff
Phuket - Relaxing and lazing around in the resort and on the beach, touristy stuff as well, good cheap shopping at the markets. We were eating 3 course dinners for about $40 each/day

cheap as chips..
KL - Good for shopping, twin towers and a few other things to see and good if u wanna buy parts for ur car.

Ill also say Singapore.

Can't go wrong. I've been 3 times. So much to see and do.

Great Shopping. (electrical stuff for you ie: camera's mp3 players etc. Designer stuff for the mrs ie: louis vuitton bags, prada shoes etc.)

Sight Seeing. Night Safari, Singapore Zoo, Jurong Bird & Wildlife Park

Sentosa Island.

Plus its just a great place to be. Amazing to see them squeeze 4million people in a tiny 697square km island. (thats only 26km by 26km) Nothing like waiting at an intersection to cross the road and having wot seems to be 10000 people waiting to do the same.

I went on a 3 day tour. It run at convenient times, we could hop on and off where we want and learned heaps about the City aswell as got to see some great parts that we normally wouldn't have. And it only cost AUD$50 i think.

I am a massive wrap for Singapore. The city is so easy to navigate. Taxi's are so cheap. The train system is superb and the bus system is reliable.

I went for 9 nights staying in a 3.5 star hotel about 10mins from the main strip with free shuttle rides to and from Orchard Road, flying Qantas for $887

In my book, money well spent!

screw asia.. NZ would even be better than singapore. sing is stuffy and humid, full of smelly asians, crap all sites to visit and barely any history, no sense of travel, so much pollution.. i could go on

NZ on the other hand is the total opposite :P
