This is a set of custom headers, exhaust system and intercooler for a bugeye with a T04Z turbo and built engine. The header layouts does not follow the normal path as I don't believe it is practical with a turbo of this size. It's another true twin scroll arrangement right down to the splitter in the wastegate to stop mixing of pulses between banks. The engine wnet on to make 280kw atw on 16psi. The owner was worried about the elderly engine so left it at that. it would have made 400 with some boost judging by the way the curve was climbing. 16psi at 4500rpm on an EJ25 with an 800hp turbo

P.S thats a similar sized turbo to mine. So it can fit in the stock location. Ray just wanted to try something different..

thats just cruel russ, i was expecting to see T's engine with all the nice manifold and polished bits on it
