Do the wheel speed sensors have any effect? I always thought these were only read by the ABS (and DCCD if you have it) computer which is totally separate to the ECU, from what I gathered the only ECU dependant bit was from the G/box sender on the driver side and they are different for the electronic ones. The ECU monitors the VSS1 (gbox) and VSS2 (speedo head) same as on a cable drive. Maybe I'm wrong?
