no kit really, just get some fairly long screws and they screw straight into the bumper. one on each side

There is a bracket that you can buy from subaru that lets you keep the fog lights if you want to.

From memory they are around $15 a side.

yes, the bracket is like a |____| kinda shape, and mounts to one of the foglight bolts
