2 Doors > 4 Doors
When I was looking around I would have liked a v5. I found a few
at a good price in nice condition too. Settled on the v6 because
of the 4 door thing.

Good luck getting a door if yours gets kicked in. GX doors fit nicely on v6.
When you meet that special someone and decide to breed I can guarantee
a 4 door car will last longer than 2. "We need to sell the Subaru coz we
cant get the kids/crap in the back".

Like you say, each to their own, but make sure you're aware of the problems
the 2 doors bring especially if you want to keep it long term.

Fobz, my plan is to build a nice street car with some quality mods that i can track every so often but i would realy like for it to be reliable.

2 doors > 4 doors reason being its not going to be an everyday car something that will sit in the shed and my thoughts towards the mrs if she doesn't like it, its a little badluck.

Each to there own though, but someone find me a nice 2 door, without the crack pipe price.

cheers, james
Can anyone shed some light on this car?
Seems to be what im after, although why the standard grey manifold not the STi red manifold?

It states in the description the donor car was a 2003 STi test car not sure if this is why its like that?

cheers, james
What car, link, reference, etc

judging by the rest of the style of the engine bay he may have wanted to keep it looking ultrastock?

American dash swap... Yuck.

I'd be interested in how the Type R was registered for street use.
