Evening guys/gals,

As title suggests, chasing the aforementioned. Doesnt need to be uber-powerful to run games or anything, just preferably Win 7, (Vista I will avoid like the plague), or even XP SP3.

For general internet browsing, running itunes, office, etc. (10-15inch sizes are fine). Need not be super hardcore... have cash, will spend. Thought I might look here before 'Quokka Thursday...'

Theres usually a couple of specials on eBay for Dell and Lenovo/IBM ones for just over $300, yes I know its eBay but it's from a aussie supplier and comes with full warranty etc etc.

I nearly bought one this week but had to get a new phone.

always buy new puters I reckon as they dont last more than 2 years especially laptops - as JDM says go with a new dell as you can just send the thing back if it breaks, or have a look at what JB hifi have in the way of netbooks for $300-$400
