As far as I am aware, the 02,03,04 STI rims are the same design and PCD? Only on 05+ it changed design and to 114

Not the case for the '04 STI RA BBS rims. Same style as the '05 ones, but 5x100.

Not to be rude, but mint condition 2002 STI rims with new tires are advertised for $1600.

Personally, the 03 ones, replace with "average" tires would see you around the budget you have.

hahaha, I know brett, hence why i'm not after mint condition. I'ma get some decent ones (Not fully bashed) and fix'em myself. Coz i'm planning on prepping/spray painting my rims black for my wrx anywayz.
