$250 per hour but wont take longer than 1 or 2hr depending on how much new mods you have

OK i found a thread the other day, but I cant find it again
but my issue is, I have just had a service and hoping that would fix up my problems but it is still happening. My car feels as if there is a loss in power like its a non turbo. doesnt feel like the turbo kicks in at all. most others that had this problem have been because of a cracked piston, but should this have not been picked up in the service?
any suggestions?

I did see a post from boxor beast on this but he knew his problem so i'm just trying to expand the possibilities.
