Get some tire shine on that front lip son!

Hey hows the traffic up there being school holidays? I wanna leave a bit later today so i'm not just waiting for 3 hours until the actual racing...

I was up that way on Sunday but that's hardly a good indication of traffic. I would try to leave earlier rather than later to beat the after work crawl up the freeway.

No Limits Night at Barabagello Raceway lastnight.
Long Track was closed so it was only short track racing last night.

Nonetheless I got my Short Track PB down by 2.8 seconds from a 1:06.7 to a 1:03.9.

A big thanks once again to Dave, Doug and the boys at S-Technic. Dropped the car in for it's 200,000km service this morning. I picked it up this afternoon and it's running like a dream.

Might be more functional if it is directed towards your brakes perhaps?

This is the latest mod to the old GC. It's relatively minor and purely cosmetic. However I had to wait ages for it. Ordered it from the UK via eBay in June and it arrived last week. It's a replica 22B grill. I've never liked the standard honeycomb grills so have been on the lookout for something to replace it. Anyway here's a couple of pics to show how it looks.

Please excuse the masses of dead bugs still attached to the front of the car from the Collie trip. I've actually washed it once since then it used to be much worse.

In the photo you can see the bonnet catch, I'm thinking of removing this in the future and replacing with locking bonnet pins.

Hellas are gone and standard horns are back in.

Picking up the stuff for my next major mod tomorrow. So stay tuned.
