OK so having a bit better chance to give it stick without muppets and rain everywhere - very happy with the result and as per the subaru ECU and tunig it is learning very quickly and bringing boost on harder and faster.

Gave it a rap last night in some of the lower gears and it is pulling more like I expected.

throttle response is awesome

Now who supplys built crate long 257's that can handle 2 bar? I have the taste again and might have to look into more powa!

Very impressed with the turbo despite the drama associated with

I think that would be here.

Helping support engine addictions :D

Edit - Free shipping on Cosworth EJ257 blocks here but probably not to AUS.

Hi, followed the thread from ozfoz. ;-)

Just curious why the dyno operator used a ramp rate of 8 for your 4th gear pull. You should be reading higher a bit. Read thru the thread, long journey for you mate. Glad it all came together well. :-)

NFI mate - Dyno is just a tuning tool IMO.

Only time you can compare any 2 cars is at a dyno day in shootout mode both on the same day.

I just look at the overall increase from the base (even though the base was 2 years ago)

I do know that MMS dyno reads very low compared to most others and especially Hub Dyno's but same again they use it as a tuning tool not a bullshit tool.
